5. AI Processing Disclaimer

IntentForm uses AI to understand user input, extract structured data, and detect sentiment, intent, and urgency.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated results. You are responsible for reviewing and using the output appropriately.

6. Subscription & Payments

6.1 Plans

IntentForm offers subscription plans with defined usage limits (such as number of forms and submissions).

6.2 Pricing & Currency

Pricing is displayed based on user location:

  • India: Prices in INR (₹)
  • Outside India: Prices in USD ($)

Pricing may vary by region and is fixed per plan (not real-time exchange rates).

6.3 Billing

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Billing currency is determined at the time of purchase.

6.4 Taxes

  • Indian Customers: Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian law.
  • GST invoices will be provided for valid business details.
  • International Customers: No GST is applied.

6.5 Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Paid Plans

  • Enable integrations and embedding features.
  • Access to analytics and advanced features.

8. Integrations

IntentForm allows integration with third-party tools such as Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, and custom webhooks.

You are responsible for how data is handled once transferred to third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in IntentForm, including software, design, branding, and content are owned by Inclusion Software Solutions.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the platform.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use branding without permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify features, perform maintenance, and suspend services temporarily.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
  • Misuse the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

IntentForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for loss of data, loss of business or revenue, or indirect or consequential damages.

14. International Use

If you access IntentForm from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Your data may be processed in countries where our servers or service providers are located.
